We regretfully announce that we are unable to retrieve any data from the failed hard disk drive. We hope that most of our clients have used the DirectAdmin back up feature to create and download backups of their websites and miscellaneous projects. This is something we do mention in our TOS, but not something that we have pressed users to perform. Due to this horrible situation we will send out monthly reminders to have users create their own backups. We feel the loss for each and every client. Not just the loss of a single project. We hope that our new monthly newsletters and influence to create and store backups will help prevent this type of situation in the future. We are doing all that we can to develop high quality internet services and maintain great prices.
